These terms cover your use of aionata.ai, run by Aionata Intelligence and Innovation Technologies (“Aionata”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.

Using the site

You may browse the site and contact us through it for lawful purposes. You may not try to break it, overload it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send us anything unlawful or abusive.

Enquiries are not a contract

Sending an idea through the site, or receiving our first take, does not create an engagement, a quote or any obligation on either side. Nothing becomes binding until both of us sign a written agreement.

Your ideas

Anything you send through the idea box stays yours. We use it only to reply to you and to decide whether we can help. We treat it as confidential and do not share it outside Aionata.

Our content

The text, design, illustrations, the Io guide and the Aionata name and logo on this site belong to Aionata. You may link to the site freely. Please ask before reusing any of its content.

No warranties

The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available but make no promise that it is error-free or always online. Illustrative figures on the site, such as the cost and quality charts, describe how we work and are not guarantees of results for any project.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Aionata is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
