Privacy policy

This policy explains what Aionata Intelligence and Innovation Technologies (“Aionata”, “we”) collects when you use aionata.ai, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

What you send us. If you use the idea box or email us, we receive what you write and the email address you give us. We use it to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Technical data. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We do not run advertising trackers.

Browser storage. The site guide remembers, in your browser only, that you asked to hide it for the visit. This never leaves your device.

Who else sees it

Messages from the idea box are sent through our Zoho Mail account to our inbox, and a confirmation is sent back to you the same way. The site is hosted on Vercel. Both act on our instructions and do not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is useful, and delete them on request. Hosting logs are kept by Vercel for a limited period under its own retention rules.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Write to hello@aionata.ai and we will answer within a reasonable time.

Legal basis and jurisdiction

We process enquiry data because you asked us to respond, and technical data because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure website. We are registered in India and handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the site.
